This course is most suited to:
This course is suitable for those that are not directly involved with the preparation or handling of high-risk foods but work in an environment where food is present or handled elsewhere. Those who are assessed as low risk, i.e handling wrapped foods, kitchen porters and warehouse staff.
You do not require the Level 1 Award to attend the Level 2 Course.
If you prepare food in your workplace then you will need the Level 2 Award course
